Marie Werley Obituary

Marie E. Werley, 95, formerly of Kempton, passed away on Saturday, September 14, 2019 at Kutztown Manor.

Born September 21, 1923 in Lowhill Township, Lehigh County, she was the daughter of the late Howard and Eva (Stauffer) Werley.

Marie worked on her family farm all of her life. The Werley farm was known for its potatoes, beef and pigs. She especially loved operating the tractors on the farm.

Marie was a former member of Ziegels Union Church, Breinigsville.

Marie is survived by her sister, Mildred, her nieces, Rose and Barbara, nephews, Gary and Dennis, great-nieces and nephews, Terry, Jessica, Melissa, Michael, Maryann, Brandon and Brandi and several great-great-nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, Marie was preceded in death by her sisters, Pauline and Edna.

Private Graveside Services will be held followed by interment at Ziegels Union Cemetery, Breinigsville, PA.
