La Sra. Ana A. (Rodríguez) Guzmán, de 95 años y residente de Reading, falleció pacíficamente en su hogar, rodeada de su amorosa familia, el lunes 24 de agosto de 2026.

Nacida el 8 de junio de 1931 en Moca, República Dominicana, era hija de los difuntos Aurelia Olguín y Polelo Rodríguez. Su esposo durante 56 años, Juan Guzmán, falleció en 2017.

Ana se dedicó al hogar y disfrutaba pasar tiempo con sus hijos y nietos, así como cuidar de su familia. Era feligresa de la Iglesia Católica Romana de Santa Margarita (St. Margaret’s) en Reading y disfrutaba mucho jugar al dominó e ir de compras.

A Ana le sobreviven sus hijos: María Guzmán, Robert Guzmán, Miguel Guzmán, Joaquín Guzmán y Bartolo Guzmán; sus 20 nietos; sus 20 bisnietos; y su hermano, Manuel Rodríguez.

Además de sus padres y su esposo Juan, le precedieron en la muerte su hijo, Luis Guzmán, y sus hermanos: Martín, Antonio, Jenito y José.

Los servicios para Ana se llevarán a cabo de manera privada por parte de su familia. El sepelio tendrá lugar en el cementerio Charles Evans, en Reading.

Mrs. Ana A. (Rodriguez) Guzman, 95, of Reading, passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by her loving family, on Monday, August 24, 2026.

Born June 8, 1931, in Moca, Dominican Republic, she was the daughter of the late Aurelia Olguin and Polelo Rodriguez. Her husband of 56 years, Juan Guzman, passed away in 2017.

Ana was a homemaker who loved spending time with children and grandchildren, and taking care of her family. She was a member of St. Margaret's Roman Catholic Church, Reading, and truly enjoyed playing dominos and going shopping.

Ana is survived by her children, Maria Guzman, Robert Guzman, Miguel Guzman, Joaquin Guzman and Bartolo Guzman, her 20 grandchildren, her 20 great grandchildren, and by her brother, Manuel Rodriguez. Along with her parents and her husband, Juan, Ana was preceded in death by her son, Luis Guzman, and by her brothers, Martin, Antonio, Jenito and Jose.

Services for Ana will be held privately by her family. Burial will take place in Charles Evans Cemetery, Reading.
