Mrs. Anna M. (Heck) Gift

Mrs. Anna M. (Heck) Gift, 81, of Fleetwood, passed away on Tuesday evening, April 4, 2023 at Willow Brook Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Kutztown, PA.

Born August 22, 1941 in Richmond Township, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Mabel (Reinert) Heck. Her husband of 38 years, Ronald R. Gift, passed away on February 28, 1998.

Anna worked on the family farm for many years with her husband Ronald. She also worked as a cook at Arners Restaurant on 5th Street in Reading. Anna was a member of Christ Mertz Lutheran Church, Dryville and a member of the Lyons Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary. She loved watching television and doing puzzle books.

Anna is survived by her daughter, Linda L. (Gift) Schadler, Fleetwood, her granddaughter, Ashley N. Schadler, Kutztown, her great-grandsons, Austin and Lukas, and her siblings, Carl Heck, Richard Heck, David Heck and Jane Becker.

A private graveside funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family with burial to follow in Hope Cemetery, Dryville.
