Carol Ann (Walsh) Check, 66, of Reading, passed away on Thurs, Dec 3, 2015 at Reading Hospital.

Born on March 19, 1949 in Albany, NY, she was a daughter of the late John J. and Claire (Fairchild) Walsh.

Carol is survived by her son, Donald M. Check and his wife Danielle C. (Zummo) Check, Douglassville, daughter, Kim E. (Check) Horn wife of Clee C. Horn, Birdsboro, four grandchildren, Katelyn, Zachary, Emily and McKayla and her siblings, Patrick Walsh, Stephanie Fitzpatrick, Chris Berglund, John Walsh and Kevin Walsh.
