Charles J. Campbell, 82, of Breinigsville, passed away on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at the Atrium of Allentown.
Born March 19, 1943, Charles was the son of the late Patricia and Charles Campbell. His wife of 60 years, Linda J. (Larsen) Campbell, passed away on November 23, 2024.
Charles served his country honorably and faithfully as a member of the United States Army.
Charles was a property clerk for many years for the City of New York Police Department, working at the 5th Precinct, Chinatown, New York City. He also worked at Wegman's in Allentown for ten years following his retirement from New York. More than anything else, Charles cherished spending time with his grandchildren.
Charles is survived by his children, Wendy C. (Campbell) Provenzano, wife of Vincent Provenzano, Garnet Valley, PA, Jacqueline C. (Campbell) Romanzi, wife of Alexander Romanzi, Orlando, FL, and Jamie K. (Campbell) Carson, wife of Kevin R. Carson, Breinigsville, PA. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Alexander Jr., Kristina, Sydney, Eric, Aiden and Noelle.
Graveside Services for Charles and his wife, Linda, will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2025 at 11:00 am at St. Peter's UCC Church Cemetery, 219 Maidencreek Rd, Fleetwood, PA.
