Jonathan E. Phillips

Jonathan E. Phillips, 46, passed away in Birdsboro, on Saturday, June 13, 2026.

Born August 18, 1979, in Pottstown, Jon was the son of Roy W. Phillps, Sr., and the late Janice (Schott) McLaughlin. He and his wife of 15 years, DonnaMarie (Mazzei) Phillips, were married on January 19, 2011, in Birdsboro.

Jon attended Reading School District and went on to graduate from Daniel Boone High School in 1998. He was a custom painter for HY Pressure Washing & Painting, Boyertown, for over 15 years.

Jon attended Hearts Ablaze Fellowship Church in Birdsboro and enjoyed going to car shows, painting, taking rides, fishing, cooking on his grill and his smoker. Most of all, Jon loved his children and spending time with his family, especially on the 20 family trips to Walt Disney World.

Surviving in addition to Jon's father and his wife, Donna, are his children, Anthony J. Phillips, Frankie P. Bednarczyk, Louie B. Bednarczyk, Erikka J. Phillips, and Preston J. Phillips, his granddaughter, Payslie, his brothers and sisters, Ray W. Phillips, husband of Cheryl Phillips, Boyertown, Sheila M. (Phillips) McCann, wife of Michael McCann, Jr., Hamburg, Roy W. Phillips, Jr., husband of Lori Phillips, Exeter Township, Stephanie McLaughlin, Reading, Jen McLaughlin, Birdsboro, Steven McLaughlin, Fleetwood, and Jamie Stitt, Philadelphia, and by many nieces and nephews.

Along with his mother, Jon was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Journii, and his brother, Eric J. Phillips.

Services for Jon will be held privately by his family.
