Juan M. Guzman

Juan M. Guzman, 96, of Reading, passed away on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at Reading Hospital.

Born June 13, 1920, he was the son of the late Alfredo Almanzar and Isabel Guzman. He and his wife of 65 years, Ana A. (Rodriguez) Guzman were married on February 22, 1952 in the Dominican Republic.

Juan was a member of St. Margaret's Roman Catholic Church, Reading, and loved to play the lottery, dominos and watch tv.

Surviving in addition to his wife, Ana, are his children, Maria M. Guzman, Reading, and Roberto Guzman, Reading, his 18 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, a brother, Negro Guzman and sisters, Amadas Guzman and Ilda Guzman.

A Funeral Mass for Juan will be held on Friday, May 19, 2017 at 10:00 am at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 1018 N. 8th Street, Reading, PA. Burial will follow in Charles Evans Cemetery, Reading.
