Mrs. Karen B. Grow, 58, of New Tripoli, passed away suddenly on Friday, June 19, 2026, at her home.
Born April 18, 1968 in Allentown, Karen was the daughter of the late David and Patricia (Bastian) Zapach. Karen and her husband, Christopher A. Grow, were married at Calvary Temple, Allentown, on September 17, 1988.
Karen worked as a pharmaceutical study consultant for Sharp Clinicals. She had previously worked as a notary for Ciocca Subura, Allentown. Karen was a 1986 graduate of Parkland High School, attended Allentown Business School, and graduated from Purdue University. She truly enjoyed gardening, and loved animals, especially her chickens and her Yorkies.
In addition to her husband, Chris, Karen is survived by her two sons, Jacob A. Grow, New Tripoli, and Sammuel P. Grow, New Tripoli, by her sisters, Debbie, Lisa, Cheryl and Kim, by her brother, Michael, and by many nieces and nephews.
Friends and family are invited to attend a visitation for Karen on Friday evening, July 3, 2026 from 6:00 to 7:00 pm at Walbert Funeral Home & Crematory, 14390 Kutztown Road, Fleetwood, PA.
Donations in Karen's memory can be made to the Sanctuary at Haafsville, 901 Nestle Way, Breinigsville, PA 18031, for Yorkies and Morkies.
