Baby Boy Onil Baez-Velazquez passed away on Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at Reading Hospital, Tower Health, West Reading, PA
Onil is survived by his Mommy, Alice Velazquez-Diaz, his Daddy, Onisael Baez-Duram, his sister, Seanni Baez, is maternal grandparents, Maria Diaz and Mario Velazquez, his paternal grandparents, Elsa and Oniz Baez and by his maternal great-grandparents, Luz Nunez and Eduardo DeLeone.
