Paul Clinton Rohricht

Paul Clinton Rohricht, 63, of Kutztown, passed away surrounded by his loving family, on Sunday, January 18, 2026, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township, PA.

Born April 16, 1962, in St. Paul, Minnesota, Paul was the son of the late James A. Rohricht and Kathleen M. (Huseman) Rohricht-Bargen, and the stepson of the late Donald F. Bargen.

Paul graduated from North St. Paul High School and received his bachelor's degree in 1984 from St. Olaf College, Northfield, MN, where he also was a member of St. Olaf Choir. He went on to receive his master's degree from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business, in 2002.

Paul was a Biotechnology Medical Device Business Development Expert specializing in International Biotechnology. He founded and launched many businesses in biotechnology and was instrumental in securing many patents in the industry. Paul was an integral part of the team in 1996 that cloned the first animal, Dolly the Sheep.

Paul spent many years breeding and training German Shepherds, specializing in Schutzhund training. He was very athletic throughout his life, excelling in baseball and basketball and loved singing and playing the guitar. Paul was an avid Minnesota Vikings fan and loved fishing, history, politics, and especially computers and technology. His grandchildren always looked forward to many exciting things that would be made in "Pop Pop's 3D Print Shop".

Paul is survived by his three daughters, Alyssa P. (Rohricht) Kierstead, wife of Samuel K. Kierstead, Leesport, Anna L. Rohricht, Kutztown, and Olivia J. Rohricht, Kutztown, his step-son, Shaun T. Hess, his grandchildren, Clare, Evangeline, Louisa, Mebh, Stella, Edward, Clinton, Madison, and Kirsten, his brother and sisters, Mary Holaday, wife of Duncan Holaday, Honolulu, HI, Jeff Rohricht, husband of Michele Rohricht, St. Paul, MN, and Edward Rohricht, husband of Amy Rohricht, Reading, and by many nieces and nephews.

Services for Paul will be held privately by his family.
