Theresa Ann Vandiver Lee

Theresa Ann (Morris) Vandiver Lee, 48, of Port Clinton, passed away on Friday, April 29, 2016 at home.

Theresa was born on August 21, 1967 in Philadelphia. She was a wonderful Mother to her children and had worked at Cabela's, Hamburg and Weis Markets, Hamburg. Theresa had also coached youth baseball and youth football.

Theresa is survived by her children, Elizabeth A. Vandiver, Shoemakersville, Eric L. Vandiver, Jr., Tamaqua, Robert B. Lee Jr., Shoemakersville, Daniel Joseph Lee, Shoemakersville, Justice L. Phillips, Shoemakersville, Heaven M. Lee, Shoemakersville and Devin H. Phillips, Shoemakersville.

Theresa was known to her loving grandchildren as Gigi. She is survived by her grandsons Bryce and Jordan and her granddaughter Bryelle.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, May 15, 2016 at the Hamburg Fish & Game, 935 N. 5th St., Hamburg, PA.
