Zackary E. Dixon, 44, of Longswamp Twp, passed away on Sunday, January 3, 2021 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown.
Born December 14, 1976 in Allentown, he was the son of Joan M. (Narolesky) and Albert E. Dixon. He and his wife of 19 years, Kimberly S. (Trexler) Dixon, were married on September 22, 2001 at Huff’s Union Church, Alburtis.
Zack worked as a body technician at Service King Collision Center, Allentown. Prior to that, he worked at Signature Collision, Lansdale, Steve Moyer Subaru and Rothrock Collision Center.
Zack was a 1996 graduate of Brandywine Heights Area High School. He was a member of Huff’s Union Church, Alburtis, the Topton Fire Company and the Mertztown Rod & Gun Club.
Zack truly enjoyed working on antique tractors, spending time in his garage and his Lionel model trains. Zach loved helping his friends with whatever they needed, enjoyed building and construction and driving his rollback. Most of all, Zack was a family man. He adored his wife and his children, was a softball coach and spent many hours on the sidelines of his girls field hockey games, cheering them on. Zack loved building legos and playing with tractors and trucks with the boys.
In addition to his parents and his wife, Kim, Zack is survived by his children, Carlisle R. Dixon, and her boyfriend, Jared Gorman, Avery R. Dixon, Braylin A. Dixon, MaKynli R. Dixon, Janzen E. Dixon and Casen E. Dixon. He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Jodi L. (Moyer) Trexler, Fleetwood, his father-in-law, Lynn T. Trexler, Mertztown, his two brothers-in-law, Tyler Trexler, husband of Christy Trexler, Alburtis and Chad Trexler, Mertztown, his three nephews, Braeden, Ryker and Colby and by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Zack was preceded in death by his sister, Alexandra Eva Dixon.
Memorial Services for Zack will be held on Sunday, January 10, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Walbert Funeral Home & Cremation Services, PC, 14390 Kutztown Rd, Fleetwood. A visitation will be held for Zack on Sunday, January 10, 2021 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at the funeral home.
