Carol A. Kirkwood

Carol A. Kirkwood, 79, of Shillington, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Friday, December 10, 2021 at Manorcare Health Services, Laureldale.

Born December 31, 1941 in Reading, she was the daughter of the late James G. and Violet G. (Steiner) Kirkwood.

Carol was a homemaker and a graduate of Reading High School. She enjoyed watching Christian television shows as well as eating out and reading.

Carol is survived by her three children Michael R. Killian, Shillington, Christine M. Killian, Shillington, and Michele E. (Killian) Bolin, wife of Daniel J. Bolin, Shillington. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Dustin, Melissa, Brittany and Stephanie, her great-grandchildren, Brianna, Isaiah, Jordan, Cora, Amiyah, Miles and Kendrick and by her cousin, Linda Rohrbach, wife of John Rohrbach.

In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her son, Steven L. Killian.

Services for Carol will be held privately.
