David W. Crossett, Esquire

David W. Crossett, Esquire, 39, of Fleetwood, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at his home.

Born December 31, 1982 in Seaford, Delaware, he was the son of Richard M. Crossett and Margaret M. "Meg" (Lyons) Crossett. He and his wife of 16 years, Cheryl J. (Stickler) Crossett, were married on April 29, 2006 in Northumberland, PA.

David was a very accomplished attorney. He was co-owner of the Cornerstone Law Firm with Joel A. Ready, Esquire, whom he loved as a brother. He loved serving and helping others and was deeply involved in ministry at his local church and has been his entire life. He was a devout member of the F3 Fitness Group and a member of Fleetwood Bible Church where he just completed his term as Chairman of the Elder Board.

David received his Juris Doctorate, graduating 3rd in his class, from Regent University School of Law. He also attended the Word of Life Bible Institute, New York and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology from the Moody Bible Institute, Chicago, IL.

David enjoyed mentoring others while teaching Sunday School at church and preaching fairly often as well. Most of all, David enjoyed spending time with his wife, Cheryl, and their children, and was devoted to teaching his children scriptures and to love Jesus.

In addition to his parents and his wife, Cheryl, David is survived by his four children, Sophia, Jennifer, Samuel and Josiah, his brothers and sisters, Tara J. (Seymour-Crossett) Miner, wife of Nathan Miner, Medford, MA, Christina M. (Crossett) Lichtenberger, wife of Peter Lichtenberger, West Hampton, NJ, Laura-Beth (Crossett) Jordan, wife of Andrew Jordan, Barrington, RI, Meagan E. (Crossett) Guest, wife of Frank Guest, Avon, CT and Timothy R. Crossett, Shillington. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews, his mother and father-in-law, Ernie and June Stickler and by several brother and sister-in-laws.

Funeral Services for David will be held on Sunday, July 3, 2022 at 3:00 pm at Fleetwood Bible Church, 2847 Moselem Springs Rd, Fleetwood. Burial will be private in St. Peter's Cemetery, Molltown.

Visitations for David will be held on Saturday, July 2, 2022 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm and Sunday, July 3, 2022 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at the church.
