Nathaniel B. Heist

Nathaniel B. Heist, 33, of Blandon, passed away suddenly on Thursday morning, March 30, 2023, at his home.

Born August 21, 1989 in West Reading, he was the son of Debra L. (Barnett) Heist, Blandon, and Thomas A. Heist, Womelsdorf.

Nate worked for the Moselem Springs Golf Club doing various jobs throughout the year. He also was a sales associate for Sherwin Williams Paints. Nate was a 2008 graduate of Fleetwood Area High School.

Nate loved music, film and theatre. He was an accomplished drummer playing in several bands with his friends. He also played the bass and enjoyed hiking, collecting books, playing dungeons and dragons along with other games. Nate's best memories were of the times he spent with his close friends and family.

In addition to his parents, Nate is survived by his brother, Benjamin T. Heist, Lyons Station, his maternal grandparents, Lloyd and Ruth Barnett, Bernville, and by his aunt, Elizabeth Keller.

Nate was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Marilyn and Robert Heist, and by his aunt, Anne Heist.

A Celebration of Life for Nate will be announced at a later date for his close friends and family.
