Patti J. (Romano) Frey

Patti J. (Romano) Frey, 61, of Robesonia, passed away on Monday, January 14, 2019 at her home.

Patti was born on March 27, 1957 and was the daughter of Patsy Romano Jr., Birdsboro, and the late Nancy Bell. She and her husband, Ronald T. Frey, were married on August 7, 1976 in Birdsboro.

Patti was a para professional for many years caring for children with special needs in various school districts in Berks County. She also worked as a clerk at Rite Aid in West Lawn and Womelsdorf.

Patti was a graduate of Twin Valley High School and loved spending time with people, but especially her children and family.

Surviving in addition to her husband and father are her two children, James A. Romano, San Antonio, TX and Nancilee M. Romano, Allentown. She is also survived by her sisters, Jennie Joffred, Kenhorst and Lisa Schmittinger, wife of Mike Schmittinger, Reading, Kathy Romano, wife of her father, Patsy Romano, Jr. and by many nieces, nephews, cousins and by her doggie, Jeana.

Funeral Services for Patti will be held on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at 11:00 am at Walbert Funeral Home & Cremation Services, PC, 14390 Kutztown Rd, Fleetwood, PA. Burial will follow in Berks County Memorial Gardens, Fleetwood. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 from 10:00 to 11:00 am at the funeral home.
