Obituary

Randall N. Rauenzahn, 78, of Kutztown, passed away on May 24, 2023 in Allentown, PA.

Born March 2, 1945 in Reading, he was the son of the late Lorraine (Miller) and Arthur "Sammy" Rauenzahn.

Randall worked for many years as a warehouse supervisor at General Battery. He also was a construction manager for new home construction and was a superintendent for Ames Warehouse, Hamburg, for 18 years.

Randall was a 1962 graduate of Fleetwood Area High School and enjoyed golfing, fishing and hunting. He was a great baseball and softball player, having played for Rising Son Softball, Reading, for 9 years.

Randall is survived by his son, Michael Rauenzahn, husband of Jayne (Decker) Rauenzahn, Collegeville, and Cathy Rauenzahn, Northampton. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Jenna, Jensen, Carter, Avery and Christian, his sister-in-law, Linda Rauenzahn, and by his niece Heidi (Rauenzahn) Scarano, Kutztown.

Along with his parents, Randall was preceded in death by his brother, Gary Rauenzahn.

Services for Randall will be held privately at the convenience of his family.
