Zachary D. "Nemo" Nemeth

Zachary D. "Nemo" Nemeth, 31, of Blandon, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at his home.

Born December 14, 1989, in West Reading, he was the son of Douglas E. and Dawn L. (Dietrich) Nemeth, Blandon.

Zach was a 2008 graduate of Fleetwood Area High School. He went on to graduate from Kutztown University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. He worked at the Acme Distrubtion Center, Denver, PA, Ontelaunee Orchards, and at the Harley Davidson Plant in York.

Zach was a huge Philadelphia Eagles fan. He loved football and even won Super Bowl tickets by guessing how many crushed cans it took to make a large football display. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, music, and especially playing soccer and baseball. Zach was the closer on the Fleetwood baseball team in high school that went deep into the state playoffs.

In addition to his Mom and Dad, Zach is survived by his siblings, Nicole D. Angstadt, Burbank, CA, Matthew A. Angstadt, husband of Rachel B. (Chesney) Angstadt, Hummelstown, Tiffany L. (Angstadt) Lopez, wife of Jose Lopez, Leesport and Brandon T. Nemeth, Bala Cynwyd. He also leaves behind his beloved nieces and nephews, Rowan, Avery, Keegan, and Mila, who lovingly referred to him as "Uncle Nemo". Zach is also survived by his maternal grandparents, Bernard A. and Esther M. (Gilbert) Dietrich, Fleetwood, his paternal grandmother, Dorothy B. (Blackeby) Nemeth, Collingswood, NJ and by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Zach was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Zolton A. Nemeth.

Funeral Services for Zach will be held on Thursday, October 7, 2021 at 11:00 am at Walbert Funeral Home & Cremation Services, PC, 14390 Kutztown Rd, Fleetwood. Burial will follow in St. Peter's Cemetery, Molltown. A viewing will be held for Zach on Thursday from 9:00 am until time of services at the funeral home.
