Mrs. Gale E. (Guldner) Remaly, 70, of Sinking Spring, passed away, surrounded by her loving family, on Thursday, September 14, 2023, at her home.
Born March 2, 1953 in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Joyce (Case) Guldner. She and the love of her life, her husband of 51 years, Arlan R. Remaly, were married in Catasauqua on October 23, 1971.
Gale worked at Wilson School District for 22 years. She started out working in the cafeteria and later was a custodian. She was a past member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Sinking Spring and attended Catasauqua High School. Gale enjoyed traveling, playing cards with her card club, baking, gardening and flowers.
Surviving in addition to her husband, Arlan, is her son, Chad E. Remaly, husband of Sabrina L. (Houser) Remaly, Fredericksburg, VA, her grandchildren, Eric Z. Remaly and Chloe L. Remaly, her sisters, Bonnie (Guldner) Koehler, wife of Edwin Koehler, and Debbie (Guldner) Hoffman, widow of Warren Hoffman, her brother, Keith Guldner, husband of Mary Ellen (Stauffer) Guldner, and by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services for Gale will be held on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at 11:00 am at Walbert Funeral Home & Crematory, 14390 Kutztown Road, Fleetwood, PA. Burial will follow at 1:00 pm at Cedar Hill Memorial Park, Allentown. A viewing will be held prior to the service from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the funeral home.
